The reservation period starts from 30 days or more and is calculated as per day as desired by the resident.

3. What kind of contract is concluded with the tenant?

If the contract with the lessee is a reservation for up to 3 months, it is a temporary use contract, and if it is for more than 3 months, it is a regular rental contract. Upon making a reservation, we will prepare a contract through electronic payment and send it to you and the resident.

4. How should I clean after the tenant moves out?

Basically, the owner must prepare for cleaning after the tenant moves out. If you contact us, we can introduce you to a partner cleaning company.
